Identifying and Removing Barriers

We are committed to identifying and removing the physical, financial, and social barriers that prevent people from participating in community life. We actively seek out the "quiet voices"—those often marginalized by traditional consultation—to ensure their vision is part of our shared narrative.

Power-Sharing

Our flat circle structure is a tool for equity. We do not have "bosses" or experts who make decisions for the community. Instead, we practice listening, consensus, and power-sharing as a way to ensure everyone belongs.
