At CoLab Worcs, inclusion is not an afterthought; it is our foundation. We believe that residents should be the architects of their own joy. Our "Built With, Not For" philosophy ensures that our projects are co-designed by those who live and play in the spaces we reimagine.

Identifying and Removing Barriers

We are committed to identifying and removing the physical, financial and social barriers that prevent people from participating in community life. We actively seek out the “quiet voices”, those often marginalised by traditional consultation, to ensure their vision is part of our shared narrative.

Power-Sharing

Our flat structure is a tool for equity. We do not have bosses or experts who make decisions for the community. Instead, we practise listening, consensus and power-sharing, so everyone belongs.
