What we do

The Pillars of Play.

Everything we do is rooted in the belief that community is built through shared action and creative exploration. Four pillars, one living laboratory.

Everything we do is rooted in the belief that community is built through shared action and creative exploration. We don’t run programmes at people; we make room for people to make things happen together.

The work takes shape across four pillars: forest therapy and wellbeing, inclusive creativity and making, urban place-making, and civic pride. No pillar stands alone. They interlock: a shared garden is both a place to make and a reason to belong; a forest therapy walk is both time for yourself and a way back into the life of your neighbourhood. What follows sets out each pillar in turn.

What we practice

Four pillars, one living laboratory.

01

Forest Therapy & Wellbeing

Nature isn’t ‘out there’, it’s right here, in the cracks of the pavement and the flow of the Severn. Urban sessions that give you space to pause, breathe and notice the cycles.

02

Inclusive Creativity & Making

The mess is the message. From Cardboard Assembly workshops to community murals, we use making as a bridge. There is no ‘right’ way to create, only your way.

03

Urban Place-making

Residents should be the architects of their own joy. We work with local groups to transform underused spaces, from riverside edges, brownfields and shared gardens, into vibrant hubs of community life.

04

Civic Pride

Creating a shared local narrative that says: you belong here. We empower people to take ownership of their city and its future.

Rooted

Slow, guided time in nature, in the green edges of Worcester.

No agenda, no itinerary. Just you, a qualified practitioner, and an invitation to slow right down.
